NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 13, 2013, and Order to Cancel and Reset Sale entered on January 30, 2014, in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, the Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell the following property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
