Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 512013CA002320AXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., and against the Defendants, JCT Development, LLC, Thomas Lee, Unknown Thomas Lee, Wesley Hills Professional Condominium Center Owners Association, Inc., Florida Mattress Outlet, Inc., Pathway to Victory Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Second Hand Treasures Thrift Store, Pathway to Victory Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Pathway to Victory Church, and Caretenders Visiting Services of Pinellas County, jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
