BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JACQUELINE J. JAMISON A/K/A JACQUELINE JAMISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE J. JAMISON A/K/A JACQUELINE JAMISON; MRC RECEIVABLES CORP.; CITY OF TAMPA; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARONDA JAMISON; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 270, OF BELLMONTH HEIGHTS NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
