NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 17, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-018053 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and DANIEL RUIZ, SOPHIA RUIZ, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA K. ELWOOD A/K/A DEBRA KOHOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, SOUTH WESTSHORE ESTATES AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41 PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
