NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-014999 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and SANDRA P. JARAMILLO, LUIS C QUIMBAYO, GLADYS JARAMILLO ORDONEZ, GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKOWN SPOUSE OF GLADYS JARAMILLO ORDONEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 33, in Block 15, of GRAND HAMPTON, PHASE 1C-1.2A-1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 100, at Page 245, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
