NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026755, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHARISMATIC INVESTMENTS, INC. STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 AND NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 28, BLOCK 17, EL PORTAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 0017, PAGE 0015, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
