NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 18, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
LOT 41, BLOCK 2, OF HEATHER LAKES UNIT XIVB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 13th day of May, 2014 at 10:00a.m. via electronic sale www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
