NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-016461CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5, Plaintiff and SUZANNE M. SIMMONS; RICHARD B. SIMMONS, JR.; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 11th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
