NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13003796CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FUNDING LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT SANDERS; CITIFINANCIAL; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; EASTERN FINANCIAL FLORIDA CREDIT UNION; DENISE SANDERS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 BLOCK 36 NEW PORT UNIT NO. 1 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53 PAGES 59 AND 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
