NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-003094, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JEAN C. HICKS; RICHARD HICKS JR. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, SUNSHINE HEIGHTS MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
