NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO A Final Summary Judgment of Partition dated January 30, 2014,entered in Civil Case No. 13007232CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MELISSA ANN CLEMENS is Plaintiff, and JASON PAUL STABINS, THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, and THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, are Defendants.
Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 am, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 31st day of March 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Partition, to wit:
LAKE EUCLID BLK F, LOT 11, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If this property is sold at public auction, there may be additional money from the sale after payment of persons who are entitled to be paid from the sale proceed pursuant to the final judgment. If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
