NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 52-2008-CA-010521 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC.
