CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 37-F, HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, (PHASE XII), ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 54 TO 47 INCLUDING, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755 PAGE 480, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. and commonly known as: 24862 US HIGHWAY 19 N # 37-F, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
