LEASEHOLD ESTATE CREATED UNDER THAT CERTAIN LEASE BY AND BETWEEN STANLEY FREFIELD AND HILLCREST VILLAS INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, DATED SEPTEMBER 22 1978, A LONG TERM LEASE OF WHICH WAS FILED SEPTEMBER 28, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755 PAGE 434, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DEMISING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 37-F, HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, (PHASE XII), ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 54 TO 47 INCLUDING, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755 PAGE 480, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. and commonly known as: 24862 US HIGHWAY 19 N # 37-F, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
