NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a certain Final Judgment of Possession, Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 27th day of December A.D., 2013, in the cause wherein Sugar Creek Development Corporation, etc, was plaintiff, and Timothy M. Murray, and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally were defendants, being Case No. 13-09699-CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above-named defendant(s), Timothy M. Murray in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1984 BAIN mobile home with VIN# KBFLSNA443245 and KBFLSNB443245, Title# 45005868 and 45007579 located on Lot 198 in SUGAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant,(s) Timothy M. Murray, located at 10265 Ulmerton Road, Lot 198, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 18th day of March A.D., 2014, at 10265 Ulmerton Road, Lot 198, in the city of Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment of Possession, Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien.
