YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 AND RUN THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 242.60 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 34, RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET; RUN THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINEO F THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 15 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 15 FEET THEREOF, PREVIOUSLY RESERVED FOR THE USE OF GENERAL PUBLIC AS THE STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSE.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
