BERKSHIRE BUILDING UNIT D-208 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 301, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 49, 50 AND 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 22, 1972 IN O.R. BOOK 3929, PAGE 493, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72-147809, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.274% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before 03/24/2014 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
