YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 107, Building O, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BAHIA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 1 to 8, inclusive; amended in Condominium Plat Book 80, pages 119 to 122, inclusive; Condominium Plat Book 83, pages 1, 2 and 3 and Condominium Plat Book 86, pages 60 to 69, inclusive; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5895, page 607; Official Record Book 5945, page 302; Official Record Book 6053, page 1601; Official Record Book 6430, page 1889; Official Record Book 7308, page 1123 and Official Record Book 8270, page 1331, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
