YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Quiet Title Complaint has been filed against you and all parties claiming interests by through, under or against Defendant(s) , ABDEL-HAKIM ASCAR including any unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other claimants claiming interests by, through, under or against, who may have or claim to have any right, title or interest against Defendant(s), ABDEL-HAKIM ASCAR, who is not known to be dead or alive and a prayer contained within the Complaint demands judgment quieting title to the following described property:
UNIT 3004, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 142, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
More commonly known as: 2200 GLADYS STREET, UNIT 3004, LARGO, FLORIDA 33774
Together with all hereditament, appurtenances, easements, and rights of way thereof, including all buildings, improvements, fixtures and articles of personal property a part of the PROPERTY, including all replacements and additions.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint on Hunter G. Norton, Esquire, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, P.O. Box 49948, Sarasota, Florida 34230, on or before 3/21/2014 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Business Observer.
