THAT PARCEL OF LAND LYING TO THE EAST OF ALL OF LOT 7 AND LOT 6, LESS THE NORTH 45 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK I, CURLEW CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXTENDING TO THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST AND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH BY AN EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING NORTH AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES OF GRANTEES' PROPERTY AS HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Rickisha H. Singletary, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before March 24, 2014, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
