YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of Tract “A”, according to the map or plat thereof of BELLEAIR ESTATES as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the Northwesterly corner of Lot One (1) in Block “E” of BELLEAIR ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and run thence Northeasterly along the Easterly boundary of GOLF VIEW DRIVE a distance of 200 feet for a Point of Beginning; and from the Point of Beginning thus established, continue Northeasterly along the Easterly boundary of GOLF VIEW DRIVE a distance of 103.76 feet; run thence South 64Ëš42'17'' East a distance of 125 feet; run thence South 25Ëš17'43'' West a distance of 103.76 feet; run thence N 64Ëš42'17'' W a distance of 125 feet to the established Point of Beginning.
The above described parcel of land being a part of that TRACT marked “NOT INCLUDED” on the plat of PELICAN GOLF COURSE as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 601 S. Fremont Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before March 21, 2014 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
