NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-003150-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and DANIELLE SPEIRS A/K/A DANIELLE M. SPEIRS; RICHARD SPEIRS A/K/A RICHARD L. SPEIRS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on March 12th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
