NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006593, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and ROBERT L. KING JR. A/K/A ROBERT L. KING; LISA LYNN KING A/K/A LISA L. KING; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 34 FEET OF LOT 20 AND THE SOUTH 22 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK 2, MOOREFIELD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLOIRDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
