NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Default Final Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, INTER-BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 4034 1st Avenue N., Saint Petersburg, FL 33713,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in an online sale at 10:00 a.m. ET, on the 12 day of March, 2014, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
