NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018129 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SARM 05-19XS, is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW NOTHNAGEL A/K/A MATT NOTHNAGEL; MARICEL NOTHNAGEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; CROSS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 4, CROSS POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 49 THROUGH 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
