Vetter a/k/a Erika Marie Vetter,Kira Christine Vetter, a minor child in the care of her mother and natural guardian, Erika Marie Vetter, as an Heir of the Estate of Jeffrey M. Vetter a/k/a Jeffrey Michael Vetter, deceased,The Townhomes of Lake Seminole Property Owners Association, Inc.,Townhomes of Lake Seminole Condominium No. 5, Association, Inc.,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
