CONDOMINIUM UNIT D, BUILDING NO. 131 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XI, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5702, PAGE 1317 AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 4 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5740, PAGE 1640, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 107 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Rickisha H. Singletary, McCalla Raymer, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
