Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure Action Against all Defendants and Directing Sale of Property, entered in the above-styled cause on February 7, 2014, in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, BRIAN E. LANGFORD, ESQUIRE, appointed by the Court as Special Master, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 6, Block 32, SEVENTH ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 20, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1514 ARDEN AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FL 33755.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756 in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Amy person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
