NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-13567-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and NICOLE M. MAHAIRAS A/K/A NICOLE M. WOLFSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; run thence North 00Ëš 06' 13'' West, 110.0 feet for a point of beginning; from the point of beginning thus established, run thence North 89Ëš 18' 54'' West, parallel to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, 270 feet; run thence North 00Ëš 06' 13'' West, 103.99 feet, more or less, to the South line of GRACEMOOR SUBDIVISION (as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 7, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; run thence North 89Ëš 19' 46'' East along the South line of said GRACEMOOR SUBDIVISION, 270.07 feet; thence South 00Ëš 06' 13'' East, 111.16 feet, more or less, to the established Point of Beginning. LESS the East 30 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
