NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12010035CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, Plaintiff and JAMES P THURSTON; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on March 12th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
