NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000316, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KLC & CONSULTANTS; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOEL F. DENNISON; SCOTT A. DENNISON; JOANN D. DRESCH; DANIEL DRESCH; AMANDA DRESCH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT C-75, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 45 THROUGH 57 AND RE-RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 96 THROUGH 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 3665, PAGES 870 THROUGH 931, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
