NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-025603-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and SYLVIA ANN TURNER A/K/A SYLVIA ANN TURNER A/KA/ SYLVIA TURNER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE POOCHES LAND TRUST; SYLVIA ANN TURNER A/K/A SYLVIA ANN TURNER A/KA/ SYLVIA TURNER; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE POOCHES LAND TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/13/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
