NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017053-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CARMEN L. CESTERO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 203, Phase IX, Fairway Glen at Meadow Woods, a Condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said Unit, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Records Book 5171 at Page 2411 and further amended in Official Records Book 5942 at Page 3500 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, Page 132 in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO:
1) Easements, condition, limitations and restrictions of record and applicable zoning
2) Taxes and assessments for the year 2000 and all subsequent years.
3) Any mortgage which may be placed against the property by the Grantee herein.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
