NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 22, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-024653-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Carlos A. Lopez; MERS, Inc. as nominee for Concorde Acceptance Corporation; Ana M. Avila; Unknown Tenants(s); Jane Doe; John Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK C, VERONA PARK-SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
