NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-37067, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff, and, RONALD L. LANIER; MARGIE LANIER; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on March 12, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
