NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-021888-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, ARIEL BENNETT; MARIA BENNETT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on March 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, CLARCONA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
