Final Judgment was awarded on November 20, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-009019-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, DEMETRIO C. JAVIER; NEREIDA JAVIER; SOUTHCHASE 1B COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCELS 40 AND 45 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A (AVOIDING SERVICE); UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A (AVOIDING SERVICE); AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
