NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 11, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-010455-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, DEBRA A. SABATINI A/K/A DEBRA SABATINI; JOSEPH SABATINI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; GLYNWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONE CREST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on March 18, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, GLYNWOOD PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 72 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
