NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 04, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-000904 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA CACCAVALE; PALM LAKE ESTATES HOME OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
