Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 120, BLOCK 2134, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41A THROUGH 41H, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 12, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
