NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 097138CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Anthony Santostefano; Carolina Santostefano; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Bermuda Palms of Naples Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4-203, BERMUDA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3575, PAGE 1325 THROUGH 1456, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
