NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-0010609-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 35, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
