NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001799 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007KS2 was the Plaintiff and NICOLLE THOMAS, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 22, SHENANDOAH ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 761, PAGE 191 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
