NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1201817CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and JOHN BIGICA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGES 17 AND 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
