NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-09009-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The Ace Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-nc2, Asset Backed Pass-through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Ginou Frederic, Antonio Vincent, New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 39, BLOCK 12, OF NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
