NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007696, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and RIAZ AHMED A/K/A RIAZ U AHMED, DELASOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RIAZ AHMED A/K/A RIAZ U AHMED and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 86, DELASOL, PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 22-29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
