NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-281, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOHNNY R. PEREZ, JR A/K/A JOHNNY R. PEREZ, JR DEBBIE RODGERS, TRUSTEE OF THE FLORIDA HOMES OF COLLIER, INC., PROFIT SHARING PLAN AND TRUST. A/K/A PUB (L/K/A) MOLLY PEREZ A/K/A MOLLY K. PEREZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
