NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, and entered in 12009CA39560001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT S. NECESSARY; PATRICIA G. NECESSARY; AVIANO AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. R/A CARDINAL MANAGEMENT GROUP; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, OF AVIANO AT NAPLES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 67 THROUGH 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
