NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008785,, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HERNAN CAMPERO; MARIA C. GRACIA; WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TALL PINES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A BRIAN TWENTE; JANE DOE N/K/A CRISSY TWENTE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 OF TALL PINES , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 , PAGE(S) 70 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
