PARCEL THREE: THE WEST 30 FEET OF TRACT 99, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 80, ALL ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3870 GOLDEN GATE BLVD E, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, on March 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
