NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001487 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DAVID H RODRIGUEZ; SARAH RODRIGUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (2500 WESTON ROAD FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33331) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE AS RECEIVER FOR FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 17 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
